Gillian Stone will be celebrating the release of her debut EP, Spirit Photographs, joined by Picastro and Funeral Lakes.

Gillian Stone is a multi-instrumentalist and interdisciplinary artist based in Toronto (Tkaronto). Her vocally-driven work, which draws from post-rock, folk, ambience, and minimalism, has been described as "beyond characterization" and "surreal in its composition" (The Revue).

Picastro is a slowcore band based in Toronto that formed in 1999 and has toured internationally. They have records out on Polyvinyl, Monotreme, Alien 8 and Blocks Recording Club and blend soundscapes and experimentation within traditional song structures.

Funeral Lakes began in the spring of 2018, self-producing music in their apartment, seeking a creative medium to share their fears and frustrations. Embracing a DIY ethos, the duo learned and honed their skills throughout an insular recording process. After a well-received debut album and a series of EPs, Funeral Lakes has expanded their blend of shoegaze and folk, finding regular rotation on campus and community radio across Canada. Doors at 8:00 PM, tickets are $15 in advance, $20 at the door. Please note that masks are required at this venue.
